DeLonghi GM6000 review : it absolutely was smart when it worked. however then it broke, they told me where to ship it. I promptly did. But then.. I called again and again. Every time, they assert they located and ordered some part, and it will be fixed. Months passed, no luck. They still have it. it has been 5 months since I shipped it to them. i feel they must adore it such a lot that i will never get it back. Sad.
